耐指纹处理是一种在金属板表面进行化学与电化学处理后，赋予镀锌层表面耐指纹性与一定程度耐蚀性的过程，是在镀锌板表面进行耐指纹处理后得到的一种复合涂层板。

Fingerprint resistance is a process of giving surface fingerprint resistance and corrosion resistance to a certain degree of zinc after chemical and electrochemical treatment on the surface of metal plate. It is a composite coating plate obtained after fingerprint resistance on the surface of galvanized plate.

耐指纹处理工艺主要有两类

There are two main types of fingerprint-resistant processing processes

◐一类是镀锌板经钝化处理后，再在钝化膜上涂有机涂层（耐指纹膜），其涂敷方式主要采用辊涂。

◐ One is the galvanized plate after passivation treatment, and then on the passivation film coated with organic coating (fingerprint resistant film), its coating method is mainly using roller coating.

◑另一类是在镀锌的钝化液中添加有机树脂和胶态二氧化硅，镀锌带钢通过钝化槽后在其表面形成具有耐蚀性和耐指纹性的复合涂层，其涂敷方式主要有电解涂敷和辊涂方式。

◑ The other is to add organic resin and colloidal silica in the galvanized passivation solution, galvanized strip steel through the passivation groove to form a composite coating with corrosion resistance and fingerprint resistance, its coating method is mainly electrolytic coating and roller coating.

目前国内外一般均采用第一种工艺生产耐指纹板。
